It’s more about the worry of her taking more screen time than Miles and the fact that marvel tends to push her into a lot of things.

Well she seems to be a side character that probs shows up late into the film so I doubt Miles will be pushed out, but valid I guess

I don’t blame them for worrying considering this film seems to be mostly focused on Miles as he’s been a add on to other recent media.

If there's one good thing that came out of Samus' genocide mission on SR388 (Metroid 2), it's that the Galactic Federation is now taking much more care to research possible effects of their missions before issuing them, and Samus is now doing the same before taking any missions she receives.

Why did the dub make Blade Knight talk like that? Seriously, I looked exhaustively through panels with his and Blade and Meta Knight’s voice actor (Eric Stuart) and he only mentioned Kirby in one of them for about a two minutes. That was funny though, because he auditioned in the Zorro-inspired Spanish accent, and they asked him “…Why is he Spanish?” and Eric Stuart replied “Why isn’t he Spanish?!” and he got the job.
Anyway, I’m getting off topic. The real question is why Bandanna Waddle Dee wasn’t in it?

Even though Bandana Dee appeared in the original super star, He wasn’t really significant until Super star ultra which I believe came way after it.

The Counterpart Rival seen as the mentor.

Interesting that a lot of people see Meta Knight as that because of the anime, everyone sees him as a mentor to kirby despite only doing so in the Anime.

Meta Knight’s personality in the games showcase him as a mysterious individual that operates as a warrior willing to do good in his way but to also become the strongest. In Adventure, he helps kirby sometimes by throwing him some items and have his crew attack him as a test of strength to see if he was a good opponent. No doubt in mind that Meta Knight could’ve taken down Nightmare himself, but he sees kirby as someone who could be his equal. Meta didn’t train Kirby to be a mighty warrior, he sees kirby as rival that he wishes to overcome as he himself improves in his strength and not really in mentor student relationship. In Revenge of Meta Knight, He makes no attempt to convince him to his side as he orders his crew to blast kirby off the ship. As the ship sinks to the sea, Meta Knight in a last ditch effort attempts to halt Kirby’s escape. Appearances after that have meta knight assisting in stopping whatever attacks pop star.

The biggest factor that showcases why Meta Knight is seen as a mentor is due to the anime where he guides kirby on what he needs to do most of the time.
